I found this left on axle after having a blowout replaced. Manager informed me they aren't allowed to do anything other than change tire. Misquoted price. Harassed to remove truck from parting lot while waiting on ordered tires.

Went in to get a patch on a tire on my friend car. He was told at least 30 mins. Two hours later and his car had just got in and then sat there for another 30 mins. He asked for a refund and have his car taken out , that’s when they put air in his tires and rolled it out.

I debated whether or not to review this, but after describing what happened here to a mechanic who was shocked by my experience, I wanted to warn others and also express my disappointment. I’ve had really great experiences with other Costco tire centers, but this one I will never go back to. I had all 4 of my tires changed over the summer and things seemed to go well, but on my way home one of my hubcaps fell off. I’ve had my car for 6 years and have never had a hubcap fall off. I called a couple days later to explain what had happened and since the problem seemed to have stem from the tire change and the hubcap not being put back on correctly, I asked if Costco would replace my missing hubcap. They said no, that everything was done correctly and they had video footage to back it up. I asked if I could see the footage and they said no, then threatened to get their lawyers involved. A few days later a second hubcap fell off. This experience is just insane to me. I’m not doing any insane driving, just normal commutes as I have for the past 6 years, and coincidentally after my tires are changed two hubcaps fall off in one week? That’s on the tire center and it’s crazy they threatened

I have had four tires installed and balanced at the Bellingham Costco. This was the worst installation I have ever had. My mag weals were so covered in grease I could not see them. they have glued the weight on,but left the old glue on. Took me 2 weeks to finally clean them up. I would not recommend this store for anybody! Please stay a way from it! PeterN
